Quality assurance A comprehensive quality, environment and safety management system guarantees the quality of our products and processes. Moreover, in the majority of our production locations we meet the requirements set forth in standards DIN EN ISO 9001, 2008 Edition and KBA (German Federal Motor Transport Authority), DIN EN ISO 14001.

The procedures followed by the various locations are structured and documented by way of process maps (process descriptions), procedural instructions, work and inspection directives, forms, checklists and other documents (e.g. organisation charts, job descriptions, standard operating procedures). With its keen regard for process-oriented quality and environmental impact, HAPPICH meets requirements specific to customers or operating locations. We use internal audits to monitor the product and process quality systems. That lays the groundwork for continuous improvement.
