HAPPICH GmbH takes over the business of Braunschweiger Kunststoff-Technik GmbH retroactively as of August 1, 2025.
Wuppertal, September 1, 2025 – The business activities of Braunschweiger Kunststoff-Technik GmbH were taken over by HAPPICH GmbH retroactively to August 1, 2025 , and integrated into HAPPICH GmbH.
The business stands for excellent plastics technology and solutions for the most demanding requirements.
Fiber-reinforced plastics, which include glass fiber, carbon fiber, and sandwich materials, are used to create products for various industrial sectors.
From initial consultation, design, and construction to model and mold making. Small-batch production available. Tailor-made and high-precision plastic parts are manufactured.
These plastic parts are used primarily in the rail vehicle sector, but also in construction vehicle and mechanical engineering. With additional applications in the food technology, street furniture, defence, and medical sectors.
The decision to take over the business of Braunschweiger Kunststoff-Technik GmbH demonstrates HAPPICH GmbH's confidence in this business potential.
