HAPPICH GmbH acquires MEI (Moldes Epila S.A.U.)
HAPPICH GmbH a leader supplier in components and systems to the industry, has recently acquired MEI (Moldes Epila S.A.U.) a company specialized in of all-in-one machinery solutions for industrial processes.
With this acquisition Happich GmbH will profit from the experience and know-how of MEI as a technology partner and will be able to offer high-end, integrated and customizable machinery solutions to both new and existing customer base.
This cooperation will also enable the HAPPICH Group to actively pursue, encourage and commit to our customers, in the development of interoperability standards to support the IoT and Industry 4.0 challenges.
The most recent addition to the Pelzer Family Company is considered to be a very important milestone and part of the group strategy to become a complete system supplier, offering complete range of services, not solely as a components supplier but instead as a Turn-Key solutions provider.
